・After we confirm the transfer, we will finalize this reservation. Notification of booking will be notified by e-mail.

・When payment can not be confirmed, it may be treated as cancellation. 

・This villa is accepting reservations at other sites as well. Therefore, there is a possibility that a time lag may occur in updating the reservation status. If you make an appointment with duplication, we will give priority to those who previously got a reservation (those who made a payment in advance), so please acknowledge it beforehand.

・Please bring a transfer form (such as a copy receipt, payment receipt, etc.) for the confirmation of the person on that day.

・Please contact us as soon as possible if you change from check in time to fill in the tentative reservation form. 

・Check-in time is from 3 pm to 5 pm. Please let us know your arrival time. Staff will leave the facility after 15: 00-17: 00 on check in time. Please contact us as soon as possible if the time changes. 

・Based on the hotel business law, you need to fill in your name, address, and occupation at check-in. Also, we are asking for foreign passengers who do not have an address in Japan to present their passport. If you cannot cooperate, it violates the law, you will be refused accommodation stay. Thank you for understanding. 

・For your safety, please lock the doors when you are inside, and when you go out, close the windows and lock the door.We will not be responsible or liable for any personal injuries or the loss of your personal belongings and valuables. Please note that our facility is not responsible for accidents and theft within the parking lot, too.

・If dirt or damage is discovered after check-out, you will be charged.

・Please be a good neighbor and keep the noise down, after 9:00PM.

・Please pay attention to the fire source when you go out or when you go to bed.

・ BBQ and handheld fireworks are available in the garden, but please pay attention to fire. Fireworks (including those with noise such as firecrackers) are forbidden.You can use it by putting water in a bucket of the equipment in the building and cleaning up.

・All facilities are non-smoking. Please use outdoor smoking space when smoking.

・The interior is refused pet, sole foot is forbidden.

・Always use your kitchen exhaust fan when you cook to carry away odor.

・Please separate garbage into three types of "burnable garbage", "plastic" and "recyclable garbage" and put them in the trash can. Please use garbage bags prepared by us. (Take home cardboard, styrofoam, etc.)

・The inside of the facility is basically private but there is one staff room so please refrain from there. Other than that, you can use freely.

・Exchanges with the host are not fundamental except check in and check out dates. If you have any problem while staying at our facility, please contact us by email or phone.We will correspond as soon as possible except for the late night.

・Check-out time is AM 10:00. Please be very punctual with your check out time.　

・Please clean out the interior lightly and check it out.
